EastCoast Dock&Door is Hiring an Office secretary Near Dayton, NJ

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Secretary. As an Office Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with the possibility of it becoming full time.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Manage and organize files, both physical and electronic

- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Provide support to the office manager and other staff members as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software and AIA reporting a plus.
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
